County Youth Programs (CYP), one of the three divisions in the Office of Family and Community Services, plans, develops, and provides service for children and youth. The Dropout Initiative (1998) has a multi-component program called Doors to Success (DTS) which impacts the youth population between the ages of 16 and 24 in areas where the rate of high school dropout is high.
