The following are model policies and reporting forms in use by area departments. These are in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format, but may be cut and pasted into word processor documents. In some cases, they can be converted directly into standard word processor formats. Some reformatting will certainly be necessary.

    Procedure for CIT officers to follow in order for St. Louis County Probate Court to issue a warrant for the person to be taken into protective custody and transported to a mental health facility for 96-hour evaluation.
