Code 1000 Document Downloads
The latest version of the Code 1000 Plan for St. Louis County and municipal law enforcement agencies, and supporting Position Checklists, can be downloaded from this page.
The documents are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. A Password is required to open the plan itself. checklists are not password protected. The plan is a fairly large document (1.21 MB) and will take a few minutes to download on slower dial-up connections.
