Please Note: the Municipal Court’s Central Division and Administrative Office is being relocated to the 5th Floor of the Courts Bldg. beginning at 8:00 am on Thursday, May 7th, 2015. We will be unable to conduct regular business at the Central Division (Clayton campus) location until 8:00 am on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. However, all satellite divisions of the Court (North, South and West) will be open for business.
The St. Louis County Municipal Court was established in 1992 under Chapter 105 of the St. Louis County Revised Ordinances.
The Court adjudicates violations of various local ordinances that include:
Driving While Intoxicated
Summons are issued by St. Louis County law enforcement officials for violations occurring within the unincorporated areas of St. Louis County and its arterial roads.
