Citizens Police Academy and Neighborhood Watch

If your subdivision is planning a Neighborhood Watch or annual trustee meeting and would like to have an officer give a presentation or answer questions please give us a call 314-615-0162.

We would be more than happy to come out and share crime prevention tips and discuss any crime trends that might be of concern to your area. These meetings allow the police department and the citizens to work together on neighborhood issues.

Yes, we are on Facebook! The SouthCounty Precinct has created a Facebook page. Many people are part of the Facebook community, if you are “friends” or “like” the South County Precinct you will be able to see any up-coming events or any valuable information being put out by your local Precinct. Discussion forms have been created, giving citizens the opportunity to discuss issues with the Police Department. Facebook not your thing? Don't worry, you will still be able to receive this information through your Neighborhood Watch Groups. Our precinct newsletter will now be on Facebook! Check out what is happening in the precinct!

Report Crime ... Make the Call

If you see a crime in progress or another emergency situation that requires an immediate police response, call 911. Provide the call-taker with a good description of the incident, the offender, and the exact location.

For non-emergencies, however, do not call 911. Non-emergency calls to 911 can slow the response time to true emergencies. The number to call for non-emergencies is (314) 889-2341.
