Man Charged With Murder for Pizza Delivery Robbery in Dellwood

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued warrants on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 on Earon A. Rivers, 17 years of age, of the 10000 block of Bon Oak Dr., St. Louis, Missouri, 61136, for one count of Murder in the Second Degree, one count of Armed Criminal Action, and one count of Robbery in the First Degree. A bond was not set in this case. A photo of Rivers is attached.

On Monday, November 5, 2012, officers of the St. Louis County Police Department responded to a slumped person at the 1600 block of Mowbry in Dellwood. Officers found the driver slumped at the wheel and deceased with one gunshot wound. The victim, Brian W. Johnson, was a delivery driver for Imo’s Pizza. Robbery was the apparent motive in the crime.

If additional charges are issued at a later date relative to this case by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, more information will follow.
