Corporate Picnic Sites

The purpose of Corporate Picnic Sites is to provide and manage large, organized picnics tailored to larger organizations for the benefit of their employees. The Department of Parks and Recreation will coordinate with the corporation to provide the desired recreational opportunities and to monitor the events to insure their success. Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Corporate Picnic sites are available for reservations weekends only May – September.


The Creve Coeur Park - Branwood Corporate Picnic Site is located in the upper level Creve Coeur County Park off Dorsett Road 13236 Streetcar Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. Creve Coeur Parks - Branwood Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Corporate Picnic site is available weekends only May - September.


Queeny Corporate Picnic Site is located in Queeny Park - 550 Weidman Road, St. Louis, MO 63011. Queeny Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Queeny Corporate Picnic site is available weekends only May - September.


The Faust Park Corporate Picnic Site is located in Faust Park at 15185 Olive Blvd., Chesterfield, MO 63017. Faust Park Corporate Picnic Site reservations can be made by calling 314-615-8347. The Corporate Picnic site is available select weekend dates from June - September and upon request.

Corporate Picnic Site User Requirements and Refund Policy

Caterers and Amusement companies providing services in a St. Louis County Park must be on St. Louis County Parks Approved Vendor List. Caterers on the approved list have submitted the necessary insurance certificates to the St. Louis County Parks Department and have acquired the necessary permits from the St. Louis County Health Department. Any caterer or amusement company not currently on the list can receive an application by calling 314-615-8347. All caterers providing catering services at any location/function in a St. Louis County Park are required to send the Parks Department a copy of the catering bill and payment of 15% of the gross sales of food, beverages and services.

St Louis County Parks allows inflatable bounce houses. Vendors providing bounce houses must be on the Approved Vendor List and obtain a permit and safety inspection by the St. Louis County Public Works Department (314) 615-5184. If you are hiring a vendor to provide a bounce house, request that the vendor provide the permit and inspection as part of your agreement. Amusement vendors that provide these services in St. Louis County should be aware of what permits and inspections are required. St. Louis County Parks does not allow any water related entertainment activities.

All company or organization sponsored picnics must submit and maintain public liability insurance during the periods the site is rented naming St. Louis County as additional insured in the amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence.

Recreation equipment is located in a locked box at each site. A park staff person will meet with you and unlock the box the day of your picnic. Please return all items to the box and lock at the end of your picnic. Please note the replacement costs you will be charged if the recreation equipment is not returned. Volleyballs - $15 Horseshoes - $25 Softball Equipment (bats, balls & bases) - $20/item.

Storage is unavailable at the corporate sites. Beer & soda wagons, private tents and other equipment may not be left at the site. It is your responsibility to arrange for removal of all equipment not belonging to St. Louis County Parks and Recreation.

Refund Policy – Any cancellation request received 60 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive the entire amount less a processing fee. Any cancellation request received 30 days or more but less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of the reservation fee less the processing fee. There will be no refund if a request is received less than 30 days prior to the reservation date.

Beginning 10/16, entry to the Scenic Circle at Jefferson Barracks Park will be closed due to construction on the Cannon Gates. Work will last approximately one week

 The restrooms at Lemay Park are closed for repair. Port-a-potties are in place. Shelter reservations are still available

Riverside trail at Simpson is open, however there is a 50 ft. section at the eastern most end that had to be re-routed and the footing is sand and dirt. Also, users should be cautious of sand smears across trail after rain events.

Unger Park is open to the shelter parking lot, but the trail is closed beyond the riverside parking lot

Sherman Beach and Al Foster trails are passable but have areas with sand and debris on them

* The Bottomland Trail along Grant's Trail was severely damaged during periods of heavy rain. For safety reasons, this short trail has been closed. Plans are being developed to relocate the trail away from Gravois Creek.

* The east side of Cliff Cave Road including the field, River Bluff trail and Spring Valley trail are closed at Cliff Cave Park for Construction.
