The North County Recreation Complex has been renovated to include a multipurpose gymnasium, a walking track, a fitness room, a meeting room and an aquatic center. Veterans Memorial Park continues to feature four lighted tennis courts, the Leo Wilson picnic shelter, a playground, Black Jack Lake and a golf course. 

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m.

Fitness Room
Our fitness room includes a variety of cardio and strength equipment plus free weights including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, dumbbells and circuit training. 

Meeting & Event Room Rentals
- Meeting Room A accommodates up to 45 people theater style or 40 classroom style. There is a two hour minimum rental for this space.
- Our multi-purpose/warming room accommodates up to 125 people. There is a 4 hour minimum rental for this space.
- In our gymnasium, full or half court rental and track rental is available.
- Our 20,000 square foot gymnasium is also available for special events year round. Tables and chairs are also available for rental.

Indoor two-lane walking/jogging track (443 feet: 12 laps equals 1 mile)

We offer free walking on the track Monday - Friday from 8 - 9 a.m.

Open Gym
One and a half regulation-sized basketball courts which can be divided into three smaller full courts for full gym tournaments or open play (basketball or volleyball)

Eagle Springs Golf Course
Eagle Springs Golf Course offers an 18-hole championship course and 9-hole, par 3 course. The clubhouse has a pro shop, restaurant, banquet facilities with restrooms, a putting green, driving range and convenient cart paths. For more information call (314) 355-7277.

Water Park Information
​Our water park features include a tot pool, an interactive play structure, a family otter slide, a basketball/volleyball area, three lap lanes, a 1-meter diving board, a lazy river, a drop slide and a water slide.

Kids Water Safety Class:
This program is geared towards introducing kids (5-12) to basic water safety procedures. The classes will be hosted by certified lifeguards and will take place every Saturday morning in June, July and August at 10:30 -11:30 a.m. Call the recreation center for more information. 

Mom & Tot Splash Time:
Sessions provide moms and tots (4 and under) and opportunity to interact in the tot pool area on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Cost is $2/child, adults are free.

Water Workouts:
We offer Water Aerobics on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. for only $5 per class! Call (314) 615-8841 for more information. 

Swimming Lessons:
Designed to help people of all ages and varying abilities develop water safety, survival and swim skills. Call the rec center to register at (314) 615-8841. Cost is $40 per person per session.

Session I: June 6-29: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm
Session II: June 7-30: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30-11:30am

Park Closings:

The Bottomland Trail along Grant's Trail was severely damaged during periods of heavy rain. For safety reasons, this short trail has been closed. Plans are being developed to relocate the trail away from Gravois Creek.
