City of Wentzville
In 2011 the City of Wentzville signed a cooperation agreement with St. Charles County. This agreement incorporates the City of Wentzville into the County’s Urban County status under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Under this agreement, the County will now be offering homebuyer assistance through its allocation of HOME funds as a member of the St. Louis HOME Consortium.
