Properties for Sale - Program Overview

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds from the Department of Planning, Office of Community Development facilitate the sale of housing throughout St. Louis County. NSP funds are part of an allocation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

All purchasers are required to obtain pre-purchase counseling from one of the following approved housing counseling agencies:

Income Limits

Qualifications are based upon the income of all occupants of the home. Annual income limits for 2013 are listed below - verification by housing counseling agency is mandatory.
 

FY 2014 Income Limits for 50% of HUD Area Median Income
1 person - $23,500 5 persons - $36,250
2 persons - $26,850 6 persons - $38,950
3 persons - $30,200 7 persons - $41,650
4 persons - $33,550 8 persons - $44,300
 
FY 2014 Income Limits for 120% of HUD Area Median Income
1 person - $56,350 5 persons - $86,950
2 persons - $64,400 6 persons - $93,400
3 persons - $72,450 7 persons - $99,850
4 persons - $80,500 8 persons - $106,300
