CITIZENS ADVISORY GROUP MEETING
The Northwest Parkway EIS Study will hold the third Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) Northwest Parkway Citizens Advisory Group Meeting on Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the JFK Community Center in the City of Florissant, located at 315 Howdershell Road. The CSS Advisory Group meetings are intended for meaningful dialogue between the Study Team and CSS Advisory Group members, focused on key issues related to the Northwest Parkway EIS. The meeting is open to the public, however, dialogue with the general public will be limited until the formal meeting has concluded.

CONSULTING TEAM
St. Louis County has hired a team of engineering consultants lead by CH2M HILL to assist in the production of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Location Study for the Northwest Parkway project. St. Louis County will serve as the Sponsoring Agency. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will be the Lead Agency for this study, and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will serve as Co-Lead Agency. Other firms assisting CH2M HILL are Parsons Brinckerhoff, Vector Communications Corporation, and Archaeological Resource Center.
