Neighborhood Preservation

The Neighborhood Preservation Program (Property Maintenance) was established over 10 years ago to help protect against neighborhood deterioration in the unincorporated areas of St. Louis County. Neighborhood Preservation is responsible for inspecting exisiting housing for code violations and ensuring the violations are corrected.

Neighborhood Preservation also conducts occupancy inspections on rental and sale properties within the same unincorporated areas in St. Louis County.
