St. Louis County Council District 5
Pat Dolan (D)
Councilman Pat Dolan is serving his second term representing the citizens of the 5th Council District in St. Louis County. He was elected to a four-year term in 2010 and re-elected in 2014. Council Member Dolan served as Chair of the County Council in 2015. In 2017, he serves as Chair of the Public Improvements Committee and serves on the Committee of the Whole, as well as the Committee on Disabilities.
Prior to serving on the St. Louis County Council, he served on the Richmond Heights City Council for 8 years. Aside from his work in public service Councilman Dolan is a 2nd generation member of Sprinklerfitters Local 268, Councilman Dolan became the President of Local 268 in 2007, and while he retired as an active Sprinklerfitter in 2015 he still remains President today.
In 2014, Councilman Dolan became the Apprentice Coordinator for the Missouri AFL-CIO. In that capacity he is the director of the Building Union Diversity Program and the Industrial Manufacturing Technician Program.
Pat and his wife Jean have 2 sons, Patrick and Christopher, and they are members of Little Flower Catholic Church in Richmond Heights. He is a former member of the parish council and was a coach for many years.
Councilman Dolan also serves on the board of many community organizations including:

· Member of Backstoppers
· St. Louis County Drug Task Force
· St. Louis County Police Athletic League
(a program that brings youth and police together through athletics) - Vice President
· Commercial Bank Advisory Board
· Missouri Network for Opiate Reform and Recovery - President, Board of Directors
