Internal audit reports may be requested by completing an Audit Report Request and Approval Form. The Audit Report and Request Form is available in the County Auditor's Office or online. After the County Council Chair, County Executive and County Counselor approve the report's release, the County Auditor's Office will release a copy of the report.
