Request an Audit or Special Review Report
Internal audit reports may be requested by completing an Audit Report Request and Approval Form. After the County Council Chair, County Executive and County Counselor approve the report's release, the County Auditor's Office will release a copy of the report.

To Request by Mail or Fax:

- PRINT the request form.
- FILL OUT the request form.
- MAIL or FAX the request form to the address or fax number listed on the form.
