Circuit Judge, Division 11

Judge Siwak was appointed Circuit Judge in January 2008.

Judge Siwak received her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Judge Siwak was appointed Associate Circuit Judge in May 2002, and was retained in 2004. Judge Siwak served in that position until she was sworn in as a Circuit Judge. Judge Siwak served as a Family Court Commissioner from June 1999 until May 2002. Prior to her appointment she engaged in the private practice of law, specializing in commercial, civil and domestic litigation.

Judge Siwak is a member of the Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Louis County Bar Association, Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges, National Association of Women Judges, The Lawyer's Association of St. Louis, and the Women's Lawyer's Association. She has served as President of the Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges and President of the St. Louis County Bar Association. She has volunteered as a Judge in the St. Louis County Truancy Court and currently serves on numerous court committees. Judge Siwak is currently on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women Judges, the Faculty of the Missouri State Judicial College and Judicial Orientation, is an advisor to undergraduate students attending Washington University, and is a Girl Scout Troop Leader.

Judge Siwak resides in St. Louis County with her husband and children.
