Procedure for Setting Motions

Non-Testimony Motion Settings
No fixed dates or times.
One setting per day.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk to schedule a date.
The motion must be on file for at least five (5) days.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.
