Non-Testimony Motion Settings
Monday at 10:00 a.m. Civil weeks only.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.

Testimony Motion Settings
Monday at 10:00 a.m. Civil weeks only.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.

For special circumstances, please contact the division clerk for an appointment with the judge to request a different time for a motion setting.
