Procedure for Setting Motions

Non-Testimony Motion Settings
No oral argument is generally heard.
Judge rules on written pleadings.
The attorney shall make the division clerk aware of the motion filing.

Testimony Motion Settings
Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Unallocated week only.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.
Special settings will be provided for unusual circumstances.
