Judge Gloria Clark Reno is a Circuit Judge in the 21st Judicial Circuit Court, St. Louis County, Missouri.

Judge Reno attended the St. Louis City Public schools, and completed her undergraduate work at the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1986.

Prior to her appointment to the bench, Judge Reno was a member of the Hale Law Firm. Her experience covered all phases of civil litigation, and she has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal litigation at the State and Federal levels. Judge Reno has experience in appellate practice having written briefs and argued cases before the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Judge Reno also served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Northwoods in St. Louis County, Missouri from January 1994 to March 2002 when she was appointed to the St. Louis County Circuit Court as an Associate Circuit Judge.

Judge Reno is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Mound City Bar Association, the Women's Lawyers Association, National Association of Women Judges, and the Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges.

Judge Reno is a member of several civic and public service organizations, as well and has served as a mentor and instructor to high school and college students.
