Procedure for Setting Motions

Non-Testimony Motion Settings
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Every week.
Limit of 4 motions per day.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.

Testimony Motion Settings
Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. Every week.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.
