Procedure for Setting Motions Non-Testimony Motion SettingsGenerally, motions are heard every Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. on a sign-up docket. The party signing up the motion should obtain the file from the Circuit Clerk's Office on the 5th floor. You should check with the clerk before setting motions to make certain of the availability of the date. The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court. Testimony Motion Settings Attorneys must set testimony motions with the Domestic Relations Section on the 5th floor. Testimony motions will be heard on Mondays at 1:30 p.m. |
