Procedure for Setting Motions

Non-Testimony Motion Settings
Monday through Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
There is a limit of 3 per day.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
The attorney must notice the other attorneys and the Court.

Testimony Motion Settings
Monday and Friday at 9:00 a.m.
There is a limit of 3 per day.
Phone settings are allowed.
Call the clerk who will enter it on the docket.
