The judges of the St. Louis County Circuit Court established a Community

Information Committee to develop community outreach programs, such as the "judicial

speakers' bureau." The purpose of the judicial speakers' bureau is to create

opportunities for county circuit judges to assist the community in understanding the

judicial process by providing valuable information and to promote judicial accessibility.
