Workforce Development

Workforce Development is a partner in the Missouri Career Center System. The Center's objectives are to be the labor exchange system of choice for both the businesses and job seekers, the recognized authoritative source of information on training providers and resources and the hub around which our County's workforce development services operate.

For our job seeking customer, we provide job opening information, resume preparation, job training programs, job search seminars, career assessment, career exploration, internet access for job search activities, computers and reference materials to make your job search easier.

Our business customers utilize our centers primarily as a recruitment source for positions from entry level to advanced position across the full spectrum of industry sectors. Services include labor market information, internet job posting, resume retrieval, on-site interviews, business workshops and recruitment.

Training services available include Adult Education and Literacy (AEL), vocational skill training, on-the-job training, construction training for youth, tuition assistance and much much more.
