What do you need to know to ensure your temporary food event is safe?

A permit issued by Saint Louis County Health Department is required for anyone wishing to serve food within the county.

An application, a permit fee and other requested information must be received no later than 10 days prior to the event. Personal checks, money orders, certified/cashier's checks or cash are acceptable. Cash or personal checks are not accepted at the event.

You will receive a license prior to the event opening. The permit must be displayed in view of the public. All events are subject to inspection by this department.
