Bringing together purchasers and suppliers to promote buying recycled and environmentally preferable products and services.
A wide variety of high quality recycled and "environmentally preferable" products are available at competitive prices. This year's event will feature building materials. Some standard building materials have always contained recycled content. Find out which ones. New alternative building materials made from recovered materials will also be on display.
Other products to be displayed are automotive products, office supplies, building materials, cleaning supplies, etc. These help reduce waste, conserve natural resources and prevent pollution. Using them will improve the environment and reduce the demand for landfill space.
You will learn more about how your organization can save money, enhance their public image and meet federal procurement standards by buying "green" products and services.
