Municipal Court Prosecutors The Prosecuting Attorneys for the St. Louis County Municipal Court are Assistant County Counselors in the Office of the County Counselor. While serving as counsel for all legal matters involving St. Louis County Government, these attorneys have been assigned to prosecute violators who are brought to the St. Louis County Municipal Courts. Their office is located on the 9th Floor of the Administration Building in the County Government Center Complex.
