The Honorable Celeste L. Endicott
Judge Celeste L. Endicott, was appointed in 1992 by St. Louis County Executive George R. (Buzz)
Westfall to serve as Municipal Division Judge of the St. Louis County Municipal Court, North Division.
Judge Endicott received her B.A. from Loyola University of New Orleans, cum laude, in 1982 and her
J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law in 1986. Upon graduation from law school, Judge Endicott
was associated with the firm of Lashly & Baer in St. Louis, Missouri, where her practice was focused
on business litigation, school law and health law. In 1988 she left private practice to become an
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Louis County, MO. There she tried numerous criminal cases and
was a member of the Sex Crimes Prosecution Unit.
In 1997, Judge Endicott was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Municipal
and Associate Circuit Judges Association. She has served in many capacities on the Board, including
drafting a chapter of the Municipal Judge's Benchbook, speaking at seminars and serving as editor of
"Benchmark", the newsletter for the Association.
Judge Endicott maintains a general civil and criminal practice as a sole practitioner, with an
emphasis on family and juvenile law. She lives in Webster Groves, MO with her husband and three young
children.
