St. Louis County Municipal Court

The St. Louis County Municipal Court was established in 1992 under Chapter 105 of the St. Louis County Revised Ordinances.
The Court adjudicates violations of various local ordinances that include:

Driving While Intoxicated
Assault
Domestic Violence
Traffic
Health
Housing
Zoning

Summons are issued by St. Louis County law enforcement officials for violations occurring within the unincorporated areas of St. Louis County and its arterial roads.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective, January 1, 2007, the St Louis County Municipal Court's fee for failure to appear will increase to $75.00.
