Water Craft Launch Fee
Parks department personnel will begin collecting ramp fees at George Winter County Park on Saturday May 4th 2002. Fees will be collected on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 8:30am-6:00pm through September 15th weather and water levels permitting. The park offers convenient boat launching ramps, parking, picnic sites and shelters, fishing spots and hiking trails at this site along a wide impoundment of the Meramec River. Fees will be collected to offset rising costs. They will be collected on each boat or jet ski launched. Payment by cash or check only will be accepted.

Reservable Picnic Sites
Consists of a barbeque pit and about five tables for up to 50 people.

Goode Shelter
Consists of a barbeque pit and water for a maximum of 75 people. Has Johnny-on-the-Spot.

Winter Shelter
Not reservable except for special events. On the waterfront and near the boat ramp. Consists of electric outlet, water and Johnny-on-the-Spot.

Lions Shelter
Consists of electric outlets, Johnny-on-the-Spot, barbeque pit and water for a maximum of 125 people.
