St. Louis County Parks is celebrating our 24th year of Winter Wonderland!
Winter Wonderland is created and designed by St. Louis County Parks Employees.
We hope you enjoy your drive through Winter Wonderland.
Winter Wonderland opens Wednesday, November 25, 2009 and closes on
Sunday, January 3, 2010.
Closed Christmas Eve (December 24, 2009) and New Years Eve (December 31, 2009).
Winter Wonderland is open for vehicular traffic and carriage rides Sunday thru Friday from
5:30pm 9:30pm.
Saturdays are closed to vehicular traffic and reserved for carriage rides only.
Admission Fees:
$9.00 Family vehicle
$10.00 Limousine
$30.00 Commercial transport van
$75.00 Tour bus
No reservations are needed and admission is paid as vehicles exit the park.
All vehicular traffic to Winter Wonderland MUST enter from south bound McKnight Road.
From Interstate 40/64 head south on McKnight Road. Vehicular traffic should stay to the right and enter the park from the McKnight Road entrance gate. All traffic will exit the park from the Litzsinger Road exit gate.

Carriage Ride Information

Horse drawn carriage rides are available every night except Christmas Eve (December 24, 2009) and New Years Eve (December 31, 2009).
Advanced reservations are required for all carriage rides and ticket prices vary depending on type of carriage and number in party.

Carriage Ride Ticket Prices
Small Private Carriage Seats up to 6 people (minimum charge $60.00)
1- 4 persons - $60*
5 persons - $70*
6 persons - $78*
Large Private Carriage Seats up to 10 people (minimum charge $100.00)
1- 10 persons - $100.00*
Group Carriage Seats up to 26 people - $10/person* NO minimum charge.
Persons purchasing these tickets will ride in a large open carriage with other patrons.

Directions for Carriage Ride Patrons
The Carriage Ride staging area is located at the McCarthy Building Company parking lot. Carriage ride patrons should not proceed to Tilles Park.
From Interstate 64/40, head south on McKnight Road. Continue south in the main traffic lane of McKnight Road thru the intersection with Litzsinger Road. Proceed approximately 250 yards to the McCarthy Building Company entrance. Make a right on the McCarthy Building entranceway and follow the signs to the parking area. There will be a lighted road sign directing you to the McCarthy Building entranceway.
From Manchester Road, head north on McKnight Road approximately Ύ of a mile. After you pass Old Warson Road continue approximately 100 yards and make a left onto the McCarthy Building Company entranceway and follow the signs to the parking area. There will be a lighted road sign directing you to the McCarthy Building entranceway.
Directions for Vehicular Patrons
All vehicular traffic to Winter Wonderland MUST enter from south bound McKnight Road.
Vehicular traffic should stay to the right and enter the park from the McKnight Road entrance gate. All traffic will exit the park from the Litzsinger Road exit gate.

FROM THE NORTH Map
Take the I 170 innerbelt South to I 64/40. Take I 64/40 West. Follow I 64/40 West to McKnight Rd. Take McKnight Rd South (left). Follow McKnight Rd to Park Entrance on right just before Litzsinger Rd.
FROM THE SOUTH OR SOUTH WEST Map
Take Highway 270 North to I 64/40 East. Follow I 64/40 East to McKnight Rd. Take McKnight Rd South (right). Follow McKnight Rd to Park Entrance on right just before Litzsinger Rd.
FROM THE EAST - ST.LOUIS CITY Map
Take Forest Park Pkwy to Brentwood Blvd South. Take Brentwood Blvd South to Clayton Rd. Take Clayton Rd West (Right) Follow Clayton Rd to McKnight Rd. Go South on McKnight Rd (Left), Follow McKnight Rd to Park Entrance on right just before Litzsinger Rd.
