Retirement Plans Annual Report 2006 June 2006 Dear Retirement Plan Member: The Retirement Board of Trustees is pleased to present the 2006 Annual Report of the Retirement Plan. This report includes a description of the provisions of each Plan Actuarial Valuation Report and statistical information relating to the operations of the Retirement fund during 2006. In addition, it includes the Financial Statements of the Retirement fund and Independent Auditor's Report for the years ended December 31, 2006 and 2005. The retirement fund remains well funded. We are proud of our achievements of delivering positive returns and protecting the assets of the Fund. The Board will continue to provide for the financial security of Plan participants by providing for timely, value added services, benefits, support and information and managing the Plan's assets in a prudent and professional manner.
