For-Sale Housing Production Program
The For-Sale Housing Production Program provides financing to developers for the acquisition and rehabilitation or the construction of housing in targeted areas of St. Louis County for sale to low- and moderate-income families. St. Louis County allocates a portion of the approximately $3.5 million it receives each year to this program to assist in the redevelopment of distressed incorporated and unincorporated areas of the County. Loans under the For-Sale program are made based upon responses to an open-ended Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP and accompanying application can be downloaded from this site and are also available upon request by calling (314) 615-8237.

Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing
