Home Improvement Program
St. Louis County provides 5-year forgivable home improvement loans to low- and moderate-income homeowners to make necessary improvements to their homes. These loans are limited to a maximum of $5,000 and are available to County residents through their local municipality or in unincorporated areas. The City of University City has a Home Improvement Program that provides loans to income eligible homeowners up to a maximum of $5,000. Interested residents should contact the HIP satellite offices to make an application:
