MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports from the Executive Meeting of April 13, 2009 and consideration of 
petitions of the Public Hearing of March 23, 2009 for the April 20, 2009 Executive 
Session following the 7:00 P.M. Public Hearing in the County Council Chambers, 41 S. 
Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for certain zoning petitions acted on by the Commission at their April 13, 2009 Executive Meeting. The 
following letter drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.  These letters include items finally acted upon under Agenda Section V A 
Consideration of Petitions of Public Hearing of March 23, 2009.   In addition, a correspondence item is 
included for your consideration.

1.	P.C. 06-09 Winter Brothers Material Company, C.U.P. in FPNU, south side of Meramec Bottom 
Road, east and north of the Meramec River (The Planning Commission granted approval by a 
vote of 6 - 0).

2.	Correspondence dated February 13, 2009 from Irwin Loiterstein, re: P.C. 28-93 Irwin Loiterstein, 
C-8 and FPC-8, east side of Halls Ferry Road, approximately 500 feet north of Empire Drive, 
requesting amendments to C-8 Ordinance 16,452 (The Planning Commission voted 6-0 to 
reconsider this matter).
