TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the May 11, 2009 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their May 11, 2009 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 08-09 Bi-State Development Agency, R-5 to C-8, north side of University 
Place Drive (relocated Geiger Road), approximately 150 feet west of Lauderdale Drive.
