MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports from the Executive Meeting of May 11, 2009 and consideration of 
petitions of the Public Hearing of April 20, 2009 for the May 18, 2009 Executive Session 
following the 7:00 P.M. Public Hearing in the County Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, 
Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for certain zoning petitions acted on by the Commission at their May 11, 2009 Executive Meeting. The 
following letter drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.  These letters include items finally acted upon under Agenda Section V A 
Consideration of Petitions of Public Hearing of April 20, 2009.   In addition, a correspondence item 
previously held and a new item are included for your consideration.

1.	P.C. 10-09  Dennis L. Domachowski, C-2 to C-8, northwest side of Morganford Road, 
approximately 175 feet south of Siebert Avenue (The Planning Commission recommended 
approval by a vote of 8 - 0).

2.	P.C. 11-09  Kim Marie Hecht, C.U.P. in C-2, northwest corner of Lemay Ferry Road and Weiss 
Avenue (The Planning Commission granted approval by a vote of 8 - 0). 

3.	Correspondence dated April 10, 2009 from Theresa Caldwell, re: P.C. 64-66 Edward Haas, C-8 
and FPC-8, east side of Halls Ferry Road, approximately 2,600 feet north of Chambers Road, 
requesting amendments to C-8 Ordinance 4,112. (The Planning Commission voted 8-0 to hold 
this matter, requesting additional information).

4.	Correspondence dated May 12, 2009 from John P. King, re: P.C. 191-87 Simpson Materials 
Company, C.U.P. in NU and FPNU, South side of the Meramec River and the north side of 
Interstate 44, east of Tyson Road, requesting amendments to C.U.P. 620.
