TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the July 6, 2009 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their July 6, 2009 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 01-09 Big Spring Partnership, Amended C-8, southeast corner of Arbor Spring Drive and 
Sulphur Spring Road, (The Planning Commission recommended denial by a vote of 6-0).
