TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the September 14, 2009 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their September 14, 2009 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 12-09 Karabas Investments, L.L.C., NU, M-3 and FPM-3 to M-1 and FPM-1, 
north side of Baumgartner Road and the south side of Old Baumgartner Road approximately 400 feet east 
of Baumgartner Industrial Driveheast, (The Planning Commission recommended approval of M-3 and FPM-3 by a 
vote of 6-0).
