St. Louis County Strategic Plan
- 2008 Update
After a thorough analysis of data and trends, public input
through surveys, focus groups and town hall meetings, and numerous
internal task force meetings to develop recommendations,
the
2008 Update to the St. Louis County Strategic Plan is complete.
The Strategic Plan is a policy guide that sets forth St. Louis County
government's mission, priorities and objectives for the next 3 to 5
years.
St. Louis County Launches Subdivision Trustee Website

The St. Louis County Department of Planning is pleased to announce the launch of its new Subdivision Trustee Resource Website. This website provides useful information and tools for subdivision trustees such as:
- Answers to frequently asked questions
- General information about trustee roles
- Sample welcome and violation letters
- Tips on formatting newsletters
- Information on updating indentures and filing liens
- Subdivision Trustee Guidebook
- Library materials for trustees (available at the Department of Planning)
- At Your Service booklet of County services
- County ordinances
- County phone numbers and internet links
- Helpful links to other relevant websites
In addition, the website will soon offer subdivision trustees the opportunity to sign-up for electronic notification of St. Louis County sponsored events, public meetings, and online editions of the St. Louis County DIRECT Newsletter.
