The Subdivision Trustee Networking Group* invites subdivision trustees to a presentation by the St. Louis County Department of Planning on the Seven Habits of a Healthy Subdivision.

Topics include subdivision association governance and operations, meeting management, communication and outreach, and resources available to subdivision associations.

Community Association Trade Show

Subdivision and condominium trustees and directors are invited to a vendor trade show on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the DoubleTree Hotel in Chesterfield, MO. This event will be a great opportunity for association trustees to meet directly with vendors and learn about all the services they provide to homeowner associations. The trade show is designed to help you better manage your subdivision, care for your amenities, and improve the quality of life for your residents.

• Information about the most common neighborhood issues and concerns.
