The St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy is a unit of the St. Louis County Police Department, in the Division of Operational Support. Since the CMPA serves the St. Louis County Police Department, the municipal departments within St. Louis County, and many departments in the surrounding counties as well, it's operations are managed by a Board of Managers made up of command personnel from several area departments.
