Captain Jon Belmar

Captain Belmar was raised in North St. Louis County and currently resides in West St. Louis County with his wife and their two children. Since August of 2004, Captain Belmar has been assigned as the Commander of the Affton Southwest Precinct. He is responsible for the day to day operations of a precinct that provides police protection to the unincorporated areas of Affton, Mattese, Sappington and Concord Village, along with the incorporated areas of Grantwood Village, Marlborough, Wilbur Park and Green Park.
Captain Belmar began his career in the Affton Southwest Precinct in 1986 as a patrolman. He also served in the South County Precinct and the Tactical Operations Unit before his promotion to Sergeant in 1995. As a Sergeant he served in the West County Precinct as a watch supervisor until selected to run the Department's Arson and Explosives Unit in 1996. In 1998 he was promoted to Lieutenant and remained within the Division of Criminal Investigation as the commander of the Bureau of Crimes Against Persons. He remained in that position until his promotion to Captain in 2004.
Captain Belmar is an active member of both the Affton and South County Chambers of Commerce. In addition, he was appointed to the St. Louis County Domestic and Family Violence Council in 2000, and has been a member of that council's Executive Board since 2001.
Captain Belmar holds a degree in Criminology from Arkansas State University, and attended the FBI's Hazardous Device School at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, where he was certified as a bomb technician in 1997. He attended the the 228th Session of the FBI National Academy in 2007. He has received 48 awards and letters of appreciation.

Lieutenant Michael Busalaki

Lieutenant Michael Busalaki was raised in North St. Louis County and currently resides in St. Charles with his family. He is currently assigned as a watch commander of the Affton Southwest Precinct. In this capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a precinct platoon that provides police protection to the unincorporated areas of Affton, Mattese, Sappington and Concord Village, along with the incorporated areas of Grantwood Village, Marlborough, Wilbur Park and Green Park.
Lieutenant Busalaki began his career in the West County Precinct in 1981 as a Patrol Officer. He has also served in the Bureau Of Drug Enforcement, Special Operations and the DEA Task Force.
He was promoted to Sergeant in 1998 and served in the North County Precinct, the Bureau of Communications and the Community Action Team. In 2002 he was promoted to Lieutenant and served as a watch commander in the North County Precinct and his current assignment in the Affton Southwest Precinct.

Lieutenant James Schneider

Lieutenant James Schneider was born in Maryville, Missouri and currently resides in southwest St. Louis County with his wife and their two sons.
Lieutenant Schneider is a Watch Commander assigned to the Affton Southwest Precinct. He began his career in the Affton Precinct in January 1995 as a patrolman. He served in the Tactical Operations Unit from January 1998 until his promotion to Sergeant in August 2000. As a Sergeant he served in the North County and Affton Precincts until his transfer to the Bureau of Drug Enforcement in July 2001. He was promoted to Lieutenant in July 2005 and again served in the Affton Southwest Precinct, then in the North County Precinct, and in 2007 was moved back to this current assignment.
Lieutenant Schneider is Chairman of the Department's Neighborhood Policing Committee. He is responsible for the coordination of the Neighborhood Policing Committee and its role in community relations/crime prevention functions and affirms the commitment of the St. Louis County Police Department to promote close ties with and respond to the needs of the community. He is also a member of the National Tactical Officers Association, Missouri Narcotics Officers Association, and former member of the Mid-West Gang Investigators Association.
Lieutenant Schneider holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Missouri State University and has received over 27 awards and letters of appreciation, including three Chief's Commendations.

Lieutenant Dennis Woodland

Lieutenant Dennis Woodland has been employed by the St. Louis County Police Department since October 14, 1975. His supervisory assignments have included the Central County and old West (5th) Precincts, the Wildwood Precinct, the Bureau of Drug Enforcement, the Bureau of Crimes Against Property in addition to my present assingment as a Watch Commander within the Affton Southwest Precinct.
Lieutenant Woodland possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeast Missouri State University (presently Truman State University) and a Master of Arts Degree in Management from Webster University.

Sergeant Patrick Hayes

Sergeant Patrick Hayes came to St. Louis in 1993 and resides in Webster Groves with his wife Ann who is also on the Police Department. Sergeant Hayes has two children. He is currently assigned to the Division of Patrol as Watch Commander in the Affton / Southwest Precinct.
Sergeant Hayes began his career in Law Enforcement with the Nebraska State Patrol in 1991. He joined the St. Louis County Police Department in April 18, 1993 and was assigned to the Affton Southwest Precinct as a Probationary Police Officer. After his first year he was assigned to the DWI Enforcement Unit. In 1995 he was assigned to the Bureau of Tactical Operations until his promotion in October 1999. As a Sergeant he has served in the Division of Patrol in the South County Precinct, the Division of Special Operations in both the Community Action Team and the Tactical Operations Unit and the Division of Operational Support at the Police Academy as the Basic Recruit Training Supervisor.
Sergeant Hayes has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University. During his career he has received over 50 awards, commendations and letters of appreciation, including five Commendations from the Chief of Police.
Sergeant Hayes enjoys golf, shooting and camping in addition to spending time with his family. He is the first base coach for his son's baseball team and carries costumes for his daughters dance class. He is also a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society for his Parish.

Sergeant Mason Keller

Sergeant Mason Keller was born and raised in South St. Louis County, where he currently resides with his wife and two small children. He is assigned to the Affton Southwest Precinct as the Community Liaison Supervisor. In this capacity, Sergeant Keller oversees the daily operation of thirteen officers who are assigned as Neighborhood Policing Officers, School Resource Officers and officers assigned to contract municipalities such as Grantwood Village, Green Park and Wilbur Park.
Sergeant Keller began his career with the St. Louis County Police Department in 1998 as a Police Aide in the Personnel and Training Unit. Since that time, he has served the West County Precinct as a Police Officer and the South County Precinct as a Police Officer and a Neighborhood Policing Officer. In May of 2002, he was reassigned to the Municipal Services Unit as the Media Relations Officer and in July of 2005, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and served as the Administrative Aide to the Chief of Police. In September of 2006 Sergeant Keller was transferred to the Affton Southwest Precinct where he served as a Watch Supervisor and currently as the Community Liaison Supervisor.
Sergeant Keller serves in a number of different capacities for the County Police including membership in the Special Olympics and Neighborhood Policing Committees. He also has the opportunity to work with and assist a number of organizations that strive to benefit the residents of South St. Louis County. Organizations such as the St. Louis County Police Department's Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association, the Affton Community Betterment Association, the Neighborhood Preservation Strategy group, the Affton and South County Chambers of Commerce, the Affton Community Partnership and the St. Louis County Rotary Club. During his career he has received over 25 awards, commendations and letters of appreciation, including a commendation from the Chief of Police, Awards of Excellence and recognition from the Gateway Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the Mehlville Optimist Club. He is also a member of Backstoppers, the Missouri Fraternal Order of Police and the St. Louis County Police Association.
Sergeant Keller graduated from St. Louis University High School in 1994 and earned Bachelors Degrees in both Psychology and Justice Systems from Truman State University in 1998. In 2004, he completed his Masters Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri - Saint Louis, where he was hired and currently teaches part-time as a member of the undergraduate faculty in the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department. Sergeant Keller is an avid St. Louis Blues Hockey fan and enjoys home improvement projects, playing softball and hockey and spending time with his family.

Sergeant Joe McMahan

Sergeant Joe McMahan joined the St. Louis County Police Department in January 1981. He was assigned to the Division of Patrol, Lemay Precinct. He was a patrol officer in the Lemay Precinct for 16 years. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 1997. He has worked in the West County Precinct, Affton Precinct, Central County Precinct and in presently assigned to the Affton/Southwest Precinct as a watch supervisor.
Sergeant McMahan was awarded the department's Purple Heart Award for a life threating in the line of duty injury in 1981. He has received numerous Awards of Excellence from the police department and several letters of commendations.

Sergeant John Roussin

Sergeant John Roussin joined the St. Louis County Police Department in October 1993 and was assigned to the Division of Patrol where he provided services to the Second Precinct and City of Fenton contract patrol. In the fall of 1996, Sergeant Roussin was transferred to the Bureau of Tactical Operations where he remained until being promoted to the rank of Sergeant in November of 2001.
Since being promoted Sergeant Roussin has been assigned to the Central County, Affton Southwest, and South County Precincts Division of Patrol, to the Bureau of Communications, and is currently assigned to the Village of Marlborough municipal contract.
Sergeant Roussin currently resides in St. Louis County with his wife and children.

Sergeant Nick Wild

Sergeant Nick Wild began his career with the St. Louis County Police Department in the South County Precinct in June of 1981. While assigned to the South County Precinct Sergeant Wild fulfilled several positions within the Precinct. During this period Sergeant Wild was also assigned to the Greater St. Louis Major Case Squad where he assisted in the investigation of several high profile murder investigations.
Sergeant Wild was transferred to the Division of Criminal Investigation in May of 1990 where he was assigned as a Detective within the Bureau of Crimes Against Persons. Sergeant Wild remained a member of the Bureau of Against Persons for over nine years, investigating a wide variety of violent crimes occurring in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. During this time Sergeant Wild also assisted numerous State Police Agency located throughout the United States with violent crimes, that had occurred in their jurisdictions, where the suspects fled to the St. Louis Metropolitan area prior to being arrested.
Sergeant Wild was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in March of 1999. Sergeant Wild returned to the Patrol Division following his promotion. Since being promoted Sergeant Wild has served in the North County, South County, Fenton and Affton Precincts.

Sergeant Michael Youngblood was born and raised the South St. Louis County. He received his associate degree in Criminal Justice from Forest Park Community College. Sergeant Youngblood currently resides in St. Louis County with his wife and two children.
Sergeant Youngblood began his career with the St. Louis County Police Department in April of 1992. After attending the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy, he was assigned to the Division of Patrol where he served in the Affton Southwest and the North County Precincts. He has also worked in the Bureau of Special Operations where he was assigned to the Community Action Team. Sergeant Youngblood was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2003 and is currently assigned to the Affton Southwest Precinct as a watch supervisor.

Police Officer Heather Frankenreiter
Neighborhood Policing Officer

Officer Heather Frankenreiter was born and raised in South St. Louis County. She joined the St. Louis County Police Department in 2002 and has been assigned to the Division of Patrol in the Affton Southwest Precinct. Officer Frankenreiter serves as a member of the Crisis Intervention Team and Neighborhood Policing Unit. Since her time in the Neighborhood Policing Unit she has assisted with the development of Crime Free Multi-Housing Program in the Affton Southwest Precinct. She has also provided solutions to crime related issues in the area and provided beneficial information to citizens on current crime trends. Officer Frankenreiter has been active in Neighborhood Watch Programs and Citizen Police Academies as well as the Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association.
Officer Frankenreiter has received several awards of excellence and numerous letters of appreciation from the public. The Southside Optimist Club selected Officer Frankenreiter as the "Officer of the Year" in 2006. Officer Frankenreiter graduated from Rockford College in 2002 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Police Officer Aaron Roediger
Neighborhood Policing Officer

Officer Aaron Roediger was born and raised in South St. Louis County and currently resides in the Concord Village Neighborhood of South St. Louis County. Prior to joining the St. Louis County Police Department Officer Roediger was on active duty in the U.S. Navy and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One. Officer Roediger joined the St. Louis County Police Department in 1998, and upon completion of the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy he was assigned to the Division of Patrol in the Affton Southwest Precinct. He served as a patrol officer in the precinct and was chosen for the Field Training Instructor program.
In August of 2006, Officer Roediger was assigned to the Neighborhood Policing Office of the Affton Southwest Precinct. Since being assigned to the Neighborhood Policing Office he has assisted Neighborhood Watch Programs and businesses addressing crime in the precinct.
Officer Roediger has received a Chief's Commendation, several Awards of Excellence and numerous letters of appreciation from the public.
