Captain Jack Webb was born and raised in St. Louis County and currently resides in West St. Louis County. Captain Webb is currently the City of Fenton Precinct Commander, which is located at 625 New Smizer Mill Rd., Fenton, Mo., 63026.
The City of Fenton has contracted with the St. Louis County Police Department since 1995 to supply full police services. The Precinct has one captain, one lieutenant, two sergeants, twenty-two police officers and a police aide. As are the City of Fenton's police officers, the Department is committed to providing the most professional law enforcement service possible to the residents and businesses in the City.
As the Commander of the Bureau of Criminal Identification from 2001 to 2006, Captain Webb planned, organized, and directed the operations of the Bureau, which comprises the Police Crime Laboratory, and the Fingerprint, Property Control, Crime Scene and the Prisoner Conveyance Units. He developed and implemented operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of the various criminal identification services and conformance with broader departmental goals and objectives. Further, he managed the personnel function of the Bureau by reviewing all established performance standards, setting achievement goals, provided for staff training and development, and recruited qualified personnel.
Captain Webb serves in a number of different capacities for the County Police including memberships on the Department's Weapons Systems and Computer Steering Committees. He is also an alternate member for both the Probationary Police Officer Review Committee, and the Chief's Applicant Review Board.

Lieutenant Jeff Bader

Lieutenant Jeff Bader was born and raised in Southeast Missouri. He moved to St. Louis County and made it his home upon his employment with the Saint Louis County Police Department. He currently resides in the City of Wildwood and is currently assigned as a Watch Commander in the City of Fenton Precinct.
In this position Lieutenant Bader is responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of his work group, which includes officers providing normal patrol service and the Neighborhood Policing Officers.
Lieutenant Bader began his career with the St. Louis County Police Department in September of 1983. Upon graduation from the police academy he was assigned to the South County Precinct. In his tenure with the Department, Lieutenant Bader has served as an officer in the South County Precinct and the Tactical Operations Unit. As a sergeant with the Department he served as a Watch Supervisor in the South County Precinct and as the Supervisor for Basic Training at the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy. In 1995 he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. As a Lieutenant, he has served as a Watch Commander within the Division of Patrol, the Commander of the Tactical Operations Unit, the Deputy Commander for the Bureau of Drug Enforcement, and in his current position as a Watch Commander in the City of Fenton Precinct.
While with the Department, Lieutenant Bader has served on a variety of committees to include: Chief's Committee, Grievance Review Committee, Chairman of the Neighborhood Policing Committee, and as the Department's Project Director with the Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council (LETSAC).
Lieutenant Bader holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University. He has received training from the National Tactical Officers Association, the National Fire Training Academy, Gulf Coast HIDTA, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. He is the recipient of the Department's Purple Heart Award, Meritorious Service Citation, and a Chief's Commendation as well as a Medal of Valor from the Crusade Against Crime organization. His hobbies include reading, exercise, attending his children's athletic events, and following NCAA football.

Police Officer Chrystal Ruhmann

Officer Chrystal Ruhmann has been a police officer with the St. Louis County Police Department since 2001. She began her career with the Affton Precinct and in 2004 transferred to the City of Fenton Precinct, where she is currently one of two Neighborhood Policing Officers. Officer Ruhmann is Advisor of the St. Louis County Police, City of Fenton Police Explorers. She also teaches D.A.R.E. to the fifth grade students at St. Paul's School in Fenton.
The function of the Neighborhood Policing Officer is to aid in the promotion of positive interaction between the St. Louis County Police Department and the citizens of St. Louis County. To address the prevention, awareness, resistance and suppression of crime in St Louis County by providing pro-active crime awareness and crime prevention programs to the community.
