Do I need to apply for a reoccupancy permit? Apply if there are any changes in residence by selling, buying, renting property, or adding to the number of occupants in unincorporated Saint Louis County. Temporary exception: If you are selling or buying a residence and expect it to be occupied before July 1st 2007, you do not need a permit. If you are applying for a permit in Grantwood Village you must apply in person at the office.
