Closed for Thanksgiving Holidays

On November 3, 2009;
Presiding Judge John A. Ross issued the following administrative order:

Pursuant to Article V, Section 8, Chief Justice Price has authorized the closing of all state judicial offices on Friday, November 27, 2009. Therefore, the 21st Judicial Circuit will be closed on November 27, 2009, the day following Thanksgiving and that day shall be a legal holiday. See Heinen v. Healthline Management, Inc., 982 S.W. 2d 244(Mo. 1998).

Note:
The 21st Judicial Circuit will also be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2009.
