The Saint Louis County Department of Public Health strives to keep St. Louis County one of the
best places in the region to live, work, or visit.
To that end, the Saint Louis County Department of Public Health, Division of Public Health and
Primary Care Integration operates clinics in St. Louis County serving medically uninsured and
underinsured populations. Our clinics deliver primary care and integrated public health services to
our patients and communities. Service lines include primary care (adults, women and children),
dental care, psychiatry, immunizations, behavioral health, social work, nutrition, counseling, public
health nursing, WIC, home visit programs, and care for sexually transmitted infections and
tuberculosis, as well as pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services. In 2015, we provided
approximately 35,000 visits for primary care medical services and 64,000 total visits for all services.
The Saint Louis County Department of Public Health is seeking proposals from suitably qualified
entities to provide after-hours phone call triage services to patients and clients.
