Workforce Disparity Study Services
The St. Louis County Department of Administration is seeking proposals for a Workforce Disparity Study. St. Louis County, Missouri ("County") invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to perform a comprehensive and legally defensible Workforce Disparity Study that complies with any applicable federal and state law. The statistical analyses shall be technically sound and consistent with court-approved methodologies for collecting and analyzing evidence of discrimination. The Workforce Disparity Study must examine hiring, retention, recruitment, membership and termination practices of St. Louis Metropolitan Area (SMA) organizations that provide job training programs as entry ways into the construction trades and those businesses that supply goods and services to County. The St. Louis Metropolitan Area is defined as the City of St. Louis, the City of Sullivan, the Missouri counties of St. Louis, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, Warren, Franklin, and the Illinois counties of Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe and St. Clair.
