RFP-Next Generation 911 System

St. Louis County issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from vendors for a turnkey acquisition and installation of NENA compliant i3 network with Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) functional elements including network, software, hardware, ancillary equipment and necessary subsystems, for network equipment which results in a fully operational NG9-1-1 system (hereinafter collectively referred to as “System”) meeting the requirements of the Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

St. Louis County’s Project Manager, Mr. David Barney, is St. Louis County’s sole contact person for receiving all communications (except a Protest) regarding the Project. Each Proposer is solely responsible for providing a single contact person.
Inquiries and comments regarding the Project and the procurement must be sent to the Project Manager as shown below. E-mail is the preferred method of communication for the Project. Verification of receipt should be obtained.
